Our raw cacao powder is crafted from the finest unroasted Criollo beans. Ideal for smoothies, drinking chocolate, and baking, it comes from smallholder cooperatives in the Ecuadorian Amazon and Ghana/Ivory Coast. Fairly and directly traded, our cacao is organically cultivated. In contrast to cacao mass, cacao powder contains less fat, as this is partially extracted by pressing the mass. a rich chocolate taste, it’s perfect for desserts and baked goods.

Tip: Add a pinch of salt to enhance the cacao flavor in your drinking chocolate!
