Cacao from Ecuador

It is  made from trinitario beans that has a  strong delicate taste. Chocolate makers that make high end/fine chocolate normally use trinitario beans because of the fruity and earthy aromatic taste.


The cacao comes from the Guayas province, located on the Pacific Ocean in central Ecuador.
